C'mon Get Happy

Recapture your youthful happiness and lower your level of stress and you are quaranteed to feel better.

Stress restricts blood flow to the skin, preventing moisture and nutrients from getting where they need to go and promotes the production of the male hormone testosterone, which stimulates oil. That promotes pimple formation and clogged pores.

Use lavendar essential oil to help you relax, place 3 drops of pure mlavendar essential oil onto a soft tissue or small hankerchief and inhale deeply for about 5 minutes and your stress level will decrease.

Smile More. Even if you are having a bad day, try to find one thing that will bring a smile to your face. Is the sky bright and are the birds singing? Are you healthy? Is there fresh snow on the ground still sparkling?

Laugh More. "Laughter is the best medicine" how true. Go see a funny movie, read a funny book, play with your children (their laughter is contagious), or play with your pet. Laughter makes you feel good, makes your skin glow, and stimulates circulation
